Michael Carbone for Representative
Michael Robert Carbone, born in February 1973, is an American politician and a member of the Republican party. He represents District 25 in the Arizona House of Representatives, a position he assumed on January 9, 2023.
Carbone was born in Illinois into an abusive environment and was eventually adopted by his grandparents. As an adult, he was involved with conservative politics while in Illinois. Later, he moved to Arizona to raise his family. He has been married for over 20 years and is a father to four children. He has lived in Buckeye, Arizona since 2014.
Before his political career in Arizona, Carbone was the Republican Chair for LD13 for two terms, a State Committeeman, and a Precinct Committeeman since 2008. He has also been elected to a school board in Illinois.
In the 2022 elections, Carbone and Tim Dunn won the Republican primary for Legislative District 25, defeating incumbent State Representative Joel John. They were unchallenged in the general election. Carbone’s current term ends on January 13, 2025.
In addition to his political career, Carbone is a business owner. His career experience includes owning a business. As a legislator, he has been assigned to several committees including the House Appropriations Committee, House Commerce Committee, Land & Agriculture, and Ways and Means Committee.
