Rep. Milton Nicks, Jr. is serving his fifth term in the Arkansas House. He represents District 35 which includes portions of Crittenden and Cross County.
For the 94th General Assembly, Rep. Nicks serves as the Vice Chair of the House Judiciary Committee. He also serves on the Joint Auditing Committee.
He is a graduate of the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy and the Arkansas State Police Academy. Rep. Nicks is a general contractor for Nicks Construction in Marion.
Rep. Nicks serves on the board of trustees for the West Memphis Chamber, Crittenden Regional Hospital, Crime Stoppers, and the ASU Mid-South College.
