Kaylee Tuck for Representative
Kaylee Tuck, born on May 30, 1994, is an American politician and a member of the Republican party. She has been serving as a member of the Florida House of Representatives from the 83rd district since November 8, 2022.
Kaylee was born in Winter Haven, Florida, U.S. She comes from a family deeply involved in public service. Her grandmother served on the Highlands County Commission, and her grandfather worked for the Highlands County Sheriff’s Office. Her father, Andy Tuck, was a member of the Florida Transportation Commission and later served as vice chair of the Florida State Board of Education. Her mother, Sandee, is a teacher.
Kaylee Tuck studied economics at Florida State University, then earned a J.D. degree at the Stetson University College of Law. After her education, she returned to her hometown, Sebring, Florida, and joined the Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt law firm, where she specialized in land use and real estate law.
In her political career, Tuck faced Ned Hancock in a Republican Party primary held on August 18, 2020, to determine the GOP nominee for Florida’s 83rd House of Representatives district. She secured the Republican nomination and defeated Democratic Party candidate Linda Tripp in the 2020 Florida House of Representatives election.
Kaylee Tuck is a fourth-generation Highlands County resident. She graduated from Sebring High School, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Florida State University, and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. She is a practicing land use and real estate attorney. Her recreational interests include off-road racing and traveling.
