Kristen Aston Arrington is an American politician and businesswoman who has been serving as a member of the Florida House of Representatives since 2020. She was born in Holiday, Florida, and currently resides in Kissimmee, Florida.

Arrington graduated from Osceola High School and earned an Associate of Arts degree in political science and government from Valencia College. Her early career spanned various roles, including working as a property manager from 2006 to 2012. She then served as a consultant for the Transportation and Expressway Authority Membership of Florida from 2012 to 2015.

In 2015, she founded Pitbull Strategies, a social media marketing company, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit. Her political journey began when she was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in November 2020.
