Representative Dale Hawkins - Contact Information

Dale Hawkins is a member of the Republican Party and represents District 2B in the Idaho House of Representatives. He assumed office on December 1, 2022, and his current term ends on December 1, 2024. Prior to his political career, Dale Hawkins lived in Fernwood, Idaho, where he gained a wealth of experience in various fields.

Hawkins’ career includes owning a business and serving as a reserve deputy with the Benewah County Sheriff’s Office. His diverse background also extends to the mining, logging, and construction industries. In addition to his professional pursuits, Hawkins has been an active member of his community. He served as a precinct committeeman and Benewah County GOP chairman.

In the political arena, Hawkins ran for election to the Idaho House of Representatives to represent District 2B. He emerged victorious in the general election held on November 8, 2022. As a legislator, Hawkins has been assigned to several committees, including the Senate Agricultural Affairs Committee, Senate Education Committee, Resources and Environment Committee, and Joint Millennium Fund Committee.

On a personal note, Dale Hawkins has been a resident of Fernwood, Idaho for more than 24 years. He is a Christian and has served in various leadership roles in the church over the last 35 years, including as a drug and alcohol abuse counselor. He is also an NRA certified firearms instructor. Hawkins is married to Debra, and they have been together for 36 years. The couple is blessed with six children and one grandchild.
