Sage Dixon for Representative
Sage Dixon is a member of the Idaho House of Representatives, representing District 1B. He is a member of the Republican Party. His tenure began on December 1, 2014, and his current term ends on December 1, 2024.
Dixon was born at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. He is a graduate of Westmont High School and attended San Jose State University. He is self-employed and has professional experience as the superintendent of an electrical contracting firm. He also served as an NCFCA Lincoln-Douglas debate coach.
Throughout his political career, Dixon has held several committee assignments. In the 2023-2024 legislative session, he was assigned to the Business Committee, House Commerce and Human Resources Committee, Environment, Energy, and Technology Committee, House Health and Welfare Committee, Revenue and Taxation Committee, Transportation and Defense Committee, Ways and Means Committee, Change in Employee Compensation Committee, and Economic Outlook and Revenue Assessment Committee.
In the 2021-2022 legislative session, Dixon served as the Chair of the Business Committee and the House Ethics Committee. He was also a member of the Revenue and Taxation Committee and the Transportation and Defense Committee.
In the 2019-2020 legislative session, Dixon served as the Chair of the Business Committee and the Ethics Committee. He was also a member of the Revenue and Taxation Committee and the Transportation and Defense Committee.
