Delegate Jackie Addison is a member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 45. She is a member of the Democratic Party. Her office is located at 317 Lowe House Office Building, 6 Bladen Street, Annapolis, MD 21401.

Addison was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in November 2022 and has been a member since January 11, 2023. She is currently serving on the Environment and Transportation Committee and the Natural Resources, Agriculture, & Open Space Subcommittee of the Environment and Transportation Committee.

Before her election to the House of Delegates, Addison ran for District 13 of the Baltimore City Council in 2020. Although she did not win the council seat, she received significant support from the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Council 3. She placed second with 26.9 percent of the vote.

In 2022, Addison ran for the Maryland House of Delegates in District 45. She ran on a ticket with state senator Cory V. McCray and Caylin Young, the director of the Baltimore City Office of Equity and Civil Rights. She won the Democratic primary on July 19, placing first with 25.3 percent of the vote.

Addison was born on September 14, 1962, in Baltimore, Maryland. She has lived in the Belair-Edison neighborhood of Baltimore for over 30 years. She graduated from Dunbar High School in 1980.
