Sean A. Stinnett, born in October 1971 in Baltimore, Maryland, is an American politician and community development professional. He was appointed to the Maryland House of Delegates in 2025 by Governor Wes Moore to fill the vacancy left by Delegate Dalya Attar. District 41 covers parts of Baltimore City, and Stinnett serves alongside Delegates Malcolm Ruff and Samuel I. Rosenberg. Stinnett graduated from the Baltimore School for the Arts in 1989 before attending Baltimore City Community College, where he earned an associate degree in communications.
