Lisa Field is a member of the Democratic Party and currently serves in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the 3rd Bristol District. She assumed office on July 16, 2025, and her current term will conclude on January 6, 2027.

Field entered the Massachusetts House through a special election held on June 10, 2025, where she won by a narrow margin of 15 votes. She succeeded Carol Doherty in representing the district, which includes parts of Taunton, Massachusetts.
