Paul Donato for Representative
Paul J. Donato Sr. was born on October 27, 1941, in Boston. He is an American politician who currently represents the 35th Middlesex District in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. He assumed office in 2001 and his current term ends on January 1, 2025.
Donato ran for re-election to the Massachusetts House of Representatives to represent the 35th Middlesex District and won in the general election on November 8, 2022. He was first elected to the chamber in 2000.
Before his tenure in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, Donato served as chairman of the Medford Democratic City Committee. He also served on the Medford City Council from 1976 to 1985 and again from 1996 to 2001.
In addition to his political career, Donato is the President of the Venice Association. He identifies as a Christian of the Catholic denomination.
