Representative Russ Miner - Contact Information

Russ Miner is a member of the Montana House of Representatives, representing District 19. He assumed office on January 2, 2023, and his current term ends on January 6, 2025. Miner ran for election to the Montana House of Representatives to represent District 19 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022.

Russ Miner was born in and lives in Great Falls, Montana. He graduated from C.M. Russell High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in agricultural production operations from Montana State University-Bozeman in 1976. His career experience includes owning his own agricultural consulting business and working as a fertilizer director and manager at the Wilbur-Ellis company. Miner began serving as a board member of the Cascade County Farm Bureau Federation in 2018.

In addition to his political career, Miner has worked in the Montana agriculture business for 45 years and brings extensive knowledge to represent Montana’s number one industry, agriculture. During his high school and college years, Russ worked on farms and ranches to earn money to pay for college. He has great respect for our farmers, ranchers and businesses that are paramount in feeding the world.
