Barry DeKay for Senator
Barry DeKay is a dedicated public servant and a member of the Nebraska Legislature, representing District 40. He was born on May 29, 1959, in Lynch, Nebraska. After graduating from Lynch High School in 1977, he attended Wayne State College.
