Emily Phillips is an American politician who serves as a Republican member for the Rockingham 7th district of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. She assumed office on December 7, 2022.

Emily was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, and currently resides in Fremont, New Hampshire with her husband Tyler, and their three children. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bryant University and runs her fourth-generation family business located in Derry, New Hampshire.

Emily has been active in her local community for over 6 years. She has fought for New Hampshire families as a school board and budget committee member and is currently serving the community as a State Representative on the Special Committee on Childcare.
