Eric Gallager is a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Merrimack 20. He assumed office on December 7, 2022, and his current term ends on December 4, 2024. He is a member of the Democratic Party.

Eric was born in Concord, New Hampshire, in 1991. He attended local schools including Rumford Elementary School, Rundlett Middle School, and Concord High School. After high school, he went on to study at George Washington University in Washington, DC, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science in 2013.

After completing his education, Eric returned to Concord and became an activist in the area. He has served as the chair of the Concord City Democrats and has been affiliated with the Southern New Hampshire Democratic Socialists of America and the GNU Project.

In his role as a state representative, Eric has been assigned to the Municipal and County Government Committee. His responsibilities on this committee include considering all matters pertaining to town, city, and county officers; changes in municipal and county government; the boundary lines of towns, cities, and counties; the creation of new towns, cities, and counties; local revenue, including fees, property taxes, and exemptions; and such other matters as may be referred to it.

Eric ran for re-election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives to represent Merrimack 20 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022. He is dedicated to serving his constituents and making a positive impact on his community.
