Garnet R. Hall is an American Democratic Party politician serving as a member of the New Jersey General Assembly for the 28th legislative district. Born in Montclair, New Jersey, Hall graduated from the local public schools and attended Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has been a resident of Maplewood, New Jersey, for 35 years. The 28th Legislative District, which Hall represents, covers Essex and Union counties and includes municipalities such as Hillside, Irvington, Maplewood, Newark, and South Orange[^1^][1] [^2^][3].
