Ambrose Castellano for Representative
Ambrose M. Castellano is a dedicated and committed public servant who currently serves as a member of the New Mexico House of Representatives, representing District 70. He is a member of the Democratic Party.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, New Mexico, Castellano has deep roots in his community. He graduated from West Las Vegas High School and has spent his life working in the area. Prior to entering politics, he worked as a general contractor and rancher, contributing to the local economy and gaining a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of his constituents.
Castellano assumed office on January 1, 2021. His current term ends on December 31, 2024. He is running for re-election to the New Mexico House of Representatives to represent District 70 and is on the ballot in the Democratic primary on June 4, 2024.
During his tenure, Castellano has demonstrated a deep commitment to his constituents. He has been assigned to several committees, including the Local Government, Land Grants & Cultural Affairs Committee, where he serves as Vice Chair, and the Taxation & Revenue Committee.
