Jeffrey Carrol McNeely, born on June 12, 1964, is a Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives. He has been representing the 84th district, which includes parts of Iredell County, since 2019.

McNeely was born in Statesville, North Carolina. He earned a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University in 1986. His career experience includes being a small business owner. He spent 16 years on the Iredell County Planning Board. He was appointed to the North Carolina House to replace Rena Turner in 2019.

As of the 2020 Census, North Carolina state representatives represented an average of 87,116 residents. After the 2010 Census, each member represented 79,715 residents.

McNeely’s current term ends on January 1, 2025. He is running for re-election to the North Carolina House of Representatives to represent District 84. He is on the ballot in the general election on November 5, 2024. He advanced from the Republican primary on March 5, 2024.
