Dick Anderson is an American politician who has been serving as a Republican member for the 6th district in the North Dakota House of Representatives since 2011. He was born on June 15, 1952, in Willow City, North Dakota, U.S.

Anderson earned his Bachelor’s degree in Personnel Management from the University of North Dakota (UND). He has a professional background as a farmer, which gives him a unique perspective on agricultural issues in the state.

In addition to his legislative duties, Anderson has been involved in various boards and committees. He has served on the Rugby Airport Authority and the Normal Township-McHenry County. He was also part of the HAMC Steering Committee for Build 2024. His past board memberships include the Heart of America Medical Center, All Seasons Water Users, Rugby Farmers Elevator, and he was a District Advisor of ND Game and Fish.

Anderson is married to Susan and they have two children and three grandchildren. They reside in Willow City, North Dakota, U.S.
