Representative Donna Bullock - Contact Information

Donna Bullock is an American politician and a member of the Democratic party. She represents the 195th Legislative District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, which includes north Philadelphia and the greater art museum area.

She was born on October 15, 1978, in New Brunswick, New Jersey. After graduating from New Brunswick High School in 1996, she pursued higher education at Rutgers University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice in 2000. She then went on to receive a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in 2003.

Bullock’s political career began when she won a special election held on August 11, 2015, to represent the 195th district in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Prior to this, she served as a senior staffer to the Philadelphia City Council. Since 2021, she has chaired the Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus.

In addition to her legislative duties, Bullock is also a member of several caucuses, including the Children & Youth, Ethics Committee, Policy Committee, Philadelphia House Delegation, Afterschool Caucus, Blue-Green Caucus, Climate Caucus, Criminal Justice Reform Caucus, Hope Caucus, Ladies of the House Caucus, LGBTQ Equality Caucus, Mental Health Caucus, PA Black Maternal Health Caucus, PA SAFE Caucus, Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus, Second Amendment Caucus, Welcoming PA Caucus, and Women’s Health Caucus.

Bullock lives a life of service in Strawberry Mansion with her husband, Otis Bullock, a lawyer and fellow Temple alum, and their two sons. This is a community they are proud to call home.
