Senator Félix Pacheco - Contact Information

Félix Emanuel Pacheco Burgos was born on December 3, 1988. Son of Nancy Burgos and Félix Pacheco, he has five siblings and has resided in the municipality of Toa Alta almost his entire life. He completed primary and secondary studies at the Violanta Jiménez, José Pablo Morales and Nicolás Sevilla public schools. From early in his childhood he developed a deep sense of helping the communities of his town, a force that has guided him in his academic and professional performance.

At the age of 16 she entered the Ana G. Méndez University System, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice, with a concentration in Psychology. At the age of 20, he began his professional career as a law enforcement agent in the Puerto Rico Police Bureau. During his career at Uniformed, he obtained the Associate Degree in Police Sciences from the University College of Criminal Justice of Puerto Rico.

He served as ‘Chief of Staff’ of the municipality of San Juan in the port area

during the emergency caused by the impact of Hurricane Maria in September 2017. One of its main functions was the coordination of logistics matters related to supplies.

Consonant with his vocation to serve others, Pacheco Burgos develops the community support project for seniors Hogar de Paz, a long-term care platform for older adults in the municipality of Toa Alta.

On November 5, 2024, he was elected Representative for District Number 9, which includes the municipalities of Toa Alta and Bayamón. He was appointed to chair the Public Safety Commission of the House of Representatives.
