Tom Fast, an attorney by profession, was born on May 15, 1966, in Fairmont, West Virginia. His upbringing in rural West Virginia instilled in him practicality, a strong work ethic, and a deep appreciation for faith and family.

After completing his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science at Fairmont State University, Tom pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Regent University in 1993. Armed with legal expertise, he embarked on a journey of public service.
