Senator Duey Stroebel, a native of the 20th Senate District, has made significant contributions to his community and the state. His journey began as a student at Cedarburg High School, where he already demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit by saving and investing in property. Later, he attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.

Duey’s professional life revolves around real estate. He built his business from scratch, creating jobs and strengthening Wisconsin’s economy. But it’s not just about business for Duey; his personal life is deeply rooted in faith and community service. He and his wife, Laura, are active members of First Immanuel Lutheran Church and School in Cedarburg. Together, they have eight children.

Before joining the State Assembly in 2011, Duey served on the Cedarburg School Board. Since April 2015, he has represented the 20th Senate District. Beyond politics, Duey dedicates time to local youth, coaching basketball, football, and baseball teams. He’s also been involved in 4H and serves as a local 4H Project Leader.

An outdoor enthusiast, Duey enjoys hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and tinkering with vintage cars. He resides with his family in the Town of Cedarburg.
